Add CLI: list-metacpan-distributions (not much filtering or fields BTW, since what the API offers is not much).
cli list-metacpan-releases
- Add filtering options --status (--latest, --cpan, --backpan) & --first.
- Return 'status' and 'first' fields.

To install App::MetaCPANUtils, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm App::MetaCPANUtils

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install App::MetaCPANUtils
