    • Allow argument in conversion using %(...)x syntax, e.g. %(wordlist:Foo)w.
    • Introduce argument 'u' in %h conversion to return uppercase hexdigits. (Uppercasing is already possible using the -U command-line option).
    • Introduce argument 'wordlist:' in %w conversion to allow selecting word from a WordList module.
    • Introduce argument 'arraydata:' in %w conversion to allow selecting word from an ArrayData module.
