Changes for version 0.016 - 2020-10-08

Bug fixes
- Fix installing executable. When downloaded software is an executable instead of an archive, the install process is different and not compatible with that of an archive. A directory in install dir should be created instead of direct symlink to the executable in download dir.
Enhancements
- Add subcommands list, is-installed-any, is-installed-latest, is-downloaded-any, is-downloaded-latest.

To install App::instopt, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm App::instopt

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install App::instopt
