[ux] Avoid completing with list of manpage when there is already a previous argument (non-option), because currently complete_manpage() is slow.

To install App::manwrap::pm, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm App::manwrap::pm

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install App::manwrap::pm
