  • INCOMPATIBLE CHANGES
    • The script now only converts one-shot then exit instead of iterating with 'while (<>) { ... }'.
  • UX
    • Convert to Perinci::CmdLine for ease of implementing tab completion feature.
    • Show summaries in completion of --encoding.

    • Add options --action (-a), add 'list-encodings' action (-l, -ll for verbose listing).
