Tweak scenario: move String::ShellQuote from participant's modules to helper_modules.
[build] Rebuild with updated Dist::Zilla::Plugin::Bencher::Scenario (0.16) to add benchmarked modules as prereq with phase=x_benchmarks, type=x_benchmarks.

Benchmark Digest::MD5 against md5sum utility

in lib/Bencher/ScenarioR/DigestMD5.pm

To install Bencher::Scenario::DigestMD5, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Bencher::Scenario::DigestMD5

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Bencher::Scenario::DigestMD5
