[refactor] Refactor common stuffs into Cwalitee::Common, which now offers filtering indicator by name, module, status, and severity
Add indicators: no_empty_group, not_too_wide, not_all_caps, no_shouting, no_useless_text.
[ux] Do not show indicator summary and priority when returning calc result.
list_cpan_changes_cwalitee(): Warn duplicate name, include module name in result.
