Use rgb_diff() with hsv_hue1 algorithm to convert RGB 24bit to 256/16 color better, by retaining more hued colors instead of turning to white/gray 'prematurely'.

To install Color::ANSI::Util, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Color::ANSI::Util

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Color::ANSI::Util
