(Re-)enable tracing log statements, now only enabled on COMPLETE_GETOPT_LONG_TRACE=1.

To install Complete::Getopt::Long, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Complete::Getopt::Long

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Complete::Getopt::Long
