[incompatible change] Rename list_table_indexes() to list_indexes() to be more consistent. The old name is deprecated but still supported.
list_indexes(): Support mysql.

cpanm DBIx::Diff::Schema

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install DBIx::Diff::Schema
