Changes for version 0.392 - 2019-08-08

Rename module Data::Clean::JSON -> Data::Clean::ForJSON to be clearer. Rename dist from Data-Clean-JSON to Data-Clean-ForJSON.

To install Data::Clean::ForJSON, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.
