[Bugfix] Handle zero duration correctly, it should not be formatted as 'P' but 'PT0H0M0S'.

Format DateTime::Duration object as ISO8601 duration string

To install DateTime::Format::Duration::ISO8601, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm DateTime::Format::Duration::ISO8601

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install DateTime::Format::Duration::ISO8601
