Changes for version 0.03 - 2017-07-06

Switch from (ab)using InstallTool phase to using AfterBuild phase to do our stuffs, to be compatible with DZP:StaticInstall.

Blacklist prereqs using a CPANList module/author list

Specify whitelist

To install Dist::Zilla::Plugin::Acme::CPANLists::Blacklist, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Dist::Zilla::Plugin::Acme::CPANLists::Blacklist

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Dist::Zilla::Plugin::Acme::CPANLists::Blacklist
