Add default_dry_run configuration (Perinci::CmdLine::Gen 0.36, Perinci::CmdLine::Lite 1.65).

Generate Perinci::CmdLine script

To install Dist::Zilla::Plugin::GenPericmdScript, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Dist::Zilla::Plugin::GenPericmdScript

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Dist::Zilla::Plugin::GenPericmdScript
