Add configuration: inline_generate_completer to allow suppressing the generation of completer script.

Generate Perinci::CmdLine script

To install Dist::Zilla::Plugin::GenPericmdScript, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Dist::Zilla::Plugin::GenPericmdScript

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Dist::Zilla::Plugin::GenPericmdScript
