Changes for version 0.03 - 2017-07-07

Switch from (ab)using InstallTool phase to using AfterBuild phase to do our stuffs, to be compatible with DZP:StaticInstall.

Make sure that prereqs have minimum versions

To install Dist::Zilla::Plugin::Prereqs::EnsureVersion, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Dist::Zilla::Plugin::Prereqs::EnsureVersion

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Dist::Zilla::Plugin::Prereqs::EnsureVersion
