Run a Getopt::Long-based script but only to dump the spec

Patch Getopt::Long to dump option spec and exit

To install Getopt::Long::Dump, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Getopt::Long::Dump

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Getopt::Long::Dump
