[Bugfix] Fix setting default log level which works with Perinci::CmdLine::Lite as well as ::Classic.

Generate Perinci::CmdLine CLI script

To install Perinci::CmdLine::Gen, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Perinci::CmdLine::Gen

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Perinci::CmdLine::Gen
