No functional changes.
Bump generated prereq version Perinci::CmdLine::{Lite,Base} to 1.66 (observes default dry-run in 'dry_run' feature property in Rinci metadata, Rinci 1.1.83).

Generate Perinci::CmdLine CLI script

To install Perinci::CmdLine::Gen, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Perinci::CmdLine::Gen

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Perinci::CmdLine::Gen
