[ux] Add completion for --cmdline, add option aliases --classic/--inline/--lite.
Adjust to Perinci::CmdLine::Inline 0.45 (now supports config file & env).

Generate Perinci::CmdLine CLI script

To install Perinci::CmdLine::Gen, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Perinci::CmdLine::Gen

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Perinci::CmdLine::Gen
