[bugfix] Add workaround to disabling [Rinci::Wrap] by setting defaults to function arguments manually.

Generate Perinci::CmdLine CLI script

To install Perinci::CmdLine::Gen, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Perinci::CmdLine::Gen

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Perinci::CmdLine::Gen
