NAME

Perinci::CmdLine::Plugin::Debugging::DumpRes - Dump result ($r->{res}), by default after action

VERSION

This document describes version 1.913 of Perinci::CmdLine::Plugin::Debugging::DumpRes (from Perl distribution Perinci-CmdLine-Lite), released on 2021-12-09.

SYNOPSIS

To use, either specify in environment variable:

PERINCI_CMDLINE_PLUGINS=-Debugging::DumpRes

or in code instantiating Perinci::CmdLine:

my $app = Perinci::CmdLine::Any->new(
    ...
    plugins => ["Debugging::DumpRes"],
);

By default this plugin acts after the action event. If you want to dump at a different event:

my $app = Perinci::CmdLine::Any->new(
    ...
    plugins => [
        'Debugging::DumpArgs@after_format_res',
    ],
);

For list of plugin events available, see "Plugin events" in Perinci::CmdLine::Base.

CONTRIBUTING

To contribute, you can send patches by email/via RT, or send pull requests on GitHub.

Most of the time, you don't need to build the distribution yourself. You can simply modify the code, then test via:

% prove -l

If you want to build the distribution (e.g. to try to install it locally on your system), you can install Dist::Zilla, Dist::Zilla::PluginBundle::Author::PERLANCAR, and sometimes one or two other Dist::Zilla plugin and/or Pod::Weaver::Plugin. Any additional steps required beyond that are considered a bug and can be reported to me.
