[Bugfix] Fixes bug which broke generating POD for scripts where the Rinci metadata is put inside them.

Generate POD for Perinci::CmdLine-based CLI script

To install Perinci::CmdLine::POD, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Perinci::CmdLine::POD

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Perinci::CmdLine::POD
