Changes for version 0.008 - 2017-01-27

Add options --(no-)gen-subcommands and --gen-subcommand=NAME to allow splitting each subcommand's CLI to its own POD/manpage.
[ux] Tweak option categories.

Generate POD for Perinci::CmdLine-based CLI script

To install Perinci::CmdLine::POD, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Perinci::CmdLine::POD

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Perinci::CmdLine::POD
