[Bugfix] Regression which caused examples to not be shown when CLI has no subcommands.
Avoid undef warning if --program-name not specified.

Generate POD for Perinci::CmdLine-based CLI script

To install Perinci::CmdLine::POD, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Perinci::CmdLine::POD

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Perinci::CmdLine::POD
