Changes for version 0.027 - 2022-05-14

Remove superfluous paragraph 'Usage:' in the generated SYNOPSIS section because SYNOPSIS *is* for displaying usage. This will make CLI scripts' generated doc follow Unix manpage convention more closely.

Generate POD for Perinci::CmdLine-based CLI script

To install Perinci::CmdLine::POD, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Perinci::CmdLine::POD

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Perinci::CmdLine::POD
