[Incompatible change] Rename function detect_perinci_cmdline_script to detect_pericmd_script, we standardize on the shorter name (old name is still around but deprecated and undocumented).

cpanm Perinci::CmdLine::Util

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Perinci::CmdLine::Util
