Update to Complete::Getopt::Long 0.471, no longer uses Perinci::Sub::To::CLIDocData.

Complete command-line argument using Rinci metadata

To install Perinci::Sub::Complete, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Perinci::Sub::Complete

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Perinci::Sub::Complete
