[ux] Don't put argument options to 'Other options' category because they are less prominent, put them instead in 'Main options'.

From Rinci function metadata, generate structure convenient for producing CLI documentation (help/usage/POD)

To install Perinci::Sub::To::CLIDocData, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.
