Don't skip adding Description from main URL's Rinci metadata, when CLI has subcommands.

Insert stuffs to POD from Rinci metadata

To install Pod::Weaver::Plugin::Rinci, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Pod::Weaver::Plugin::Rinci

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Pod::Weaver::Plugin::Rinci
