Changes for version 0.73 - 2017-01-11

[refactor] Extract functionality of generating POD from Perinci::CmdLine-based scripts to Perinci::CmdLine::POD, so it's reusable e.g. by Perinci::CmdLine::Inline.

Insert stuffs to POD from Rinci metadata

To install Pod::Weaver::Plugin::Rinci, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Pod::Weaver::Plugin::Rinci

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Pod::Weaver::Plugin::Rinci
