[Bugfix] Fix log message which logged the temporary script name instead of original one.
[Bugfix] Only set script is modified when POD text has actually been added.

Insert stuffs to POD from Rinci metadata

To install Pod::Weaver::Plugin::Rinci, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.
