Changes for version 0.77 - 2017-07-07

[Bugfix] Forgot to pass -Ilib when generating POD for Perinci::CmdLine-based scripts (which includes executing the script to dump the Perinci::CmdLine object).
[dist] Enable static install.

Insert stuffs to POD from Rinci metadata

To install Pod::Weaver::Plugin::Rinci, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Pod::Weaver::Plugin::Rinci

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Pod::Weaver::Plugin::Rinci
