Accept error_log_handle & access_log_handle as alternatives to specifying error_log_path & access_log_path.

Create preforking, autoreloading daemon

To install Proc::Daemon::Prefork, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Proc::Daemon::Prefork

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Proc::Daemon::Prefork
