Changes for version 0.23 - 2017-06-21

Support patching Log::ger::Output::Screen in addition to Log::Any::Adapter::Screen.
Update documentation about COLOR being observed by Color::ANSI::Util.

Output progress to terminal as color bar

To install Progress::Any::Output::TermProgressBarColor, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Progress::Any::Output::TermProgressBarColor

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Progress::Any::Output::TermProgressBarColor
