DESCRIPTION
Currently function name is restricted to this regex:
\A[A-Za-z_][A-Za-z_0-9]*\zcan be qualified (prefixed) by a package name, which is restricted to this regex:
[A-Za-z_][A-Za-z_0-9]*(::[A-Za-z_0-9]+)*HOMEPAGE
