Changes for version 0.006 - 2017-09-19

[Bugfix] Fix escaping for Win32, only backslash that is followed by another backslash or is the last backslash shall be escaped [RT#123031].
Allow overriding OS with $OS package variable.

To install ShellQuote::Any::Tiny, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm ShellQuote::Any::Tiny

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install ShellQuote::Any::Tiny
