Changes for version 0.08 - 2016-07-10

Add DBD::SQLite as a dependency.
Test schema migration during release, not author testing (I practically never run tests with AUTHOR_TESTING=1).

Drop all test databases

To install Test::WithDB, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Test::WithDB

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Test::WithDB
