NAME

Text::Table::HTML::DataTables - Generate HTML table with jQuery and DataTables plugin

VERSION

This document describes version 0.005 of Text::Table::HTML::DataTables (from Perl distribution Text-Table-HTML-DataTables), released on 2020-11-05.

SYNOPSIS

use Text::Table::HTML::DataTables;

print Text::Table::HTML::DataTables::table(rows => $rows, header_row => 1);

DESCRIPTION

This module is just like Text::Table::HTML, except the HTML code will also load jQuery (http://jquery.com) and the DataTables plugin (http://datatables.net) from the local filesystem (distribution shared directory), so you can filter and sort the table in the browser.

The example shown in the SYNOPSIS generates the following table:

OPTIONS

The table function understands these arguments, which are passed as a hash.

  • rows (aoaos)

    Takes an array reference which should contain one or more rows of data, where each row is an array reference.
