[incompatible change] Rename argument 'row_separator' to 'separate_rows' to follow Text::Table::Tiny and Text::Table::TinyBorderStyle.

Text::Table::Tiny + support for column/row spans

To install Text::Table::Span, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Text::Table::Span

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Text::Table::Span
