Changes for version 0.31 - 2016-07-13

Add --retries and --retry-delay, by default retry twice due to recent PAUSE random 500 errors.
Tweak result metadata: add table.field_formats to format timestamps.

An API for PAUSE

To install WWW::PAUSE::Simple, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm WWW::PAUSE::Simple

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install WWW::PAUSE::Simple
