Changes for version 0.33 - 2017-01-04

[Bugfix] Logic was reversed when replacing Version::Util with version->parse which caused newer dists to be deleted/cleaned up instead of older ones.

An API for PAUSE

To install WWW::PAUSE::Simple, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm WWW::PAUSE::Simple

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install WWW::PAUSE::Simple
