Changes for version 0.34 - 2017-01-12

Search default value of username/password in ~/.pause, rendering Perinci::CmdLine::pause unnecessary (this is done for easier generation of Perinci::CmdLine::Inline script).
[Removed] Remove deprecated function name 'upload_file' (use upload_files instead).
Several small fixes.

An API for PAUSE

To install WWW::PAUSE::Simple, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm WWW::PAUSE::Simple

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install WWW::PAUSE::Simple
