This script `mkwbrules' builds the file `wap.wbrules2.pl' from the installed file `WAP/wap.wbrules.xml' that describes rules of the binarization (module WAP::wbxml).

To install WAP::SAXDriver::wbxml, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.
cpanm WAP::SAXDriver::wbxmlperl -MCPAN -e shell
