Peta::Synth::Input::Raw - MIDI bytes from a device or a pipe

What Peta::Synth::Input reads when it is given a path.

new($path): the device or pipe, opened for reading.

events($wait): what has come, as Peta::Synth::MIDI's events, waiting at most $wait seconds for the first; as Peta::Synth::Input's.

Its file handle (for select); its path, which is also what is connected.
