Changes for version 0.96 - 2003-10-11

Removed dependency on IO::Scalar, which was wrong.
Requires newest, most-lenient Pod::Simple.
Added various tests to the t/ hierarchy. Thanks to David Wheeler for help on this.

To install Test::Pod, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Test::Pod

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Test::Pod
