Changes for version 0.49

FIXES
- Added a fix a while ago that tracks redirect history. That fix had the bad side effect of always allowing a redirect. That has now been fixed.

cpanm WWW::Mechanize

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install WWW::Mechanize
