Changes for version 0.20 - 2003-03-26

Moved all the real work into Module::Release. Thanks to Ken Williams for doing all the dirty work on this.
Fixed the Test::Pod dependency

To install Module::Release, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Module::Release

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Module::Release
