Changes for version 0.17 - 2025-06-09

CHANGES
- Allow a user-specific config file to override --port and --baud
- Trim read flash image by truncating trailing 0xFF bytes
- Better handling of discontinuous input files for flash write
- Use Sublike::Extended v0.29 to avoid needing the `extended` keyword
BUGFIXES
- Some AVR chips have trouble writing an odd number of flash bytes; pad with a trailing 0xFF if required
