Changes for version 0.02

Croak on unrecognised signal names, because Event on Solaris for some reason doesn't check them

use IO::Async with Event

To install IO::Async::Loop::Event, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm IO::Async::Loop::Event

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install IO::Async::Loop::Event
